User Experience
For this international casino, lottery and gaming technology company, I worked as a senior user experience product designer for 3 product teams:
  • Player-facing UI
  • Backend administration tools including promotional campaign creation and management
  • AI-based Game & Promotion Product Development Tool
Each team enables casinos and lotteries around the world to offer land-based casino entertainment to online players across all platforms and device types. My responsibilities included AI/Machine Learning product development, data visualization technologies, product development, feature definition, user story development, usability testing, interaction design, prototype development, interface copywriting and UI design. I collaborated with globally dispersed engineering and product teams, to ensure that implementation met the defined specifications and business objectives.

  • I have co-authored a technology patent for IGT and have two more under consideration.
